Do I need an account to buy?

No. Add products to your cart and pay by card. Stripe asks for your name, email, phone and shipping address at checkout.

What is the difference between Retail and Wholesale?

Retail: buy 1 item or more. Wholesale: buy in bulk at wholesale prices, with a minimum quantity set by the seller.

How do I pay?

By card through Stripe's secure checkout. GOUT 509 never sees your card number.

How do I track my order?

Go to Track order and enter your order number (G5-…) and the email used at checkout.

How do I return an item?

Go to Returns. Retail: within 30 days of shipping, item unused and in original condition. Wholesale: final sale, except damaged or wrong items reported within 7 days. Do not ship the item until the return is approved.

How do I contact a seller?

Use Messages with your order number. Messages are text only — links, card numbers and passwords are blocked.

Click Sell on GOUT 509. Joining is free; commission is 10% for 3 months, then 12%. Read the Seller Policy.
