Shipping policy

Products on GOUT 509 WHOLESALE are sold and shipped by independent sellers, not by GOUT 509.

Processing time

Each seller states a processing time on the product page and must ship within that time.

Shipping cost

Shipping is shown in your cart before you pay. Some sellers offer free shipping on wholesale orders within the United States. Sales tax is not added automatically.

Tracking

After shipping, the seller adds the carrier and tracking number. Follow your order on Track order with your order number (G5-…) and the email used at checkout.

International orders

For orders shipped from another country, the buyer is responsible for any import duties, customs fees and taxes charged on delivery.

Damaged or wrong item

See our return policy. Retail purchases can be returned within 30 days of shipping. Wholesale purchases are final sale, except items that arrived damaged or wrong, reported within 7 days of shipping.
