After you click Create, you choose Retail or Wholesale and your country in your Seller Dashboard. Buyers do not need an account.
GOUT 509 promotes the website, not individual sellers. Each seller promotes their own products. GOUT 509 does not guarantee sales. Commission: 10% for your first 3 months after approval, then 12%.

Read the seller’s answers with your conversation code (M-…) and your email. Messages are text only — links, card numbers and passwords are blocked. To write to GOUT 509, use email: contact@gout509.com.

Return a product
• Retail purchases: return within 30 days of shipping for any reason — even if you just don’t like it. The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• Wholesale purchases: final sale. Returns only if the item arrived damaged or is the wrong item, reported within 7 days of shipping.
• Refunds go back to your card through Stripe after the seller receives the item.
Enter your order number and the email used at checkout. The seller reviews your request. Do not ship the item until the return is approved.
